1,000 Campaigns!
Today, July 25, 2007, at 6:22PM Pacific time, SourceSimple received campaign request number One Thousand!!
It seems like as good a time as any for the first release of our stats to date:
* 81% of clients who requested one campaign came back for another
* 98% of clients are happy with the price point and the pricing model
* 29% of campaigns in the last 6 weeks produced a candidate who will ultimately be hired (based on campaign conclusion surveys)
* 92% of clients are satisfied with the service and resumes delivered
The kicker, the stat that requires further explanation, is the 29% success figure.
Why is it only for the last 6 weeks? We’re always trying to improve our service — 6 weeks ago we added CareerBuilder database searches to all campaigns. The combination of CB searches with HotJobs searches and external source searches pushed our campaigns to another level.
Why is the 29% figure so high? Frankly, we’re not sure, but we’re excited by it! Market research by CareerXRoads demonstrates that 12.3% of all jobs filled externally are filled using job boards — our stats to date are more than double that!
* Maybe it’s because we use numerous boards and numerous databases for each campaign.
* Maybe it’s because we keep on trying different search strings until we find the right candidates.
* Maybe it’s because we’re honest with our clients, and won’t work on campaigns we believe will fail.
* Maybe it’s just because our happiest clients are the most vocal about reporting success… in other words, maybe the stat isn’t exactly on target because it’s based on surveys and not all clients participate.
One way or another, we’ll do everything we can to keep our success numbers as high as possible. Remember that we charge as little as $30 for a 10 day campaign — imagine how low the Cost-Per-Hire is for the 29% of positions we fill!
